How can I distinguish natural silk from synthetic fabrics?+
Natural silk typically has a soft hand feel, natural drape and a subtle, elegant sheen rather than an artificial shine. As the fabric moves, its surface reflects light differently from different angles.
How are the designs created?+
The designs are developed from original artworks and artistic compositions, then adapted and refined specifically for silk. The process aims to preserve the spirit, colors and visual depth of the artwork while transforming it into a wearable piece of art.
Is a Lumiere Arts silk scarf considered a work of art?+
Each design is developed through an artistic process and conceived as a wearable art piece. Selected designs are adapted from artworks by artist Nguyễn Văn Trinh, creating a connection between fine art and contemporary wearable design.

How can I style my silk scarf?+
A Lumiere Arts silk scarf can be worn around the neck, tied as a bow, styled in the hair, wrapped around the wrist or handbag, or used as an elegant fashion accessory. Larger sizes can also be styled as a shawl or draped over an outfit.
Is natural silk suitable for sensitive skin?+
Natural silk has a smooth surface and relatively low friction, making it gentle and comfortable against the skin. However, individual sensitivity may vary from person to person.
How should I care for my silk scarf?+
We recommend gentle hand washing in cool water with a silk-friendly detergent. Do not wring or tumble-dry the scarf, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. If ironing is necessary, use a low temperature and place a thin protective cloth between the iron and the silk.
Will the colors fade over time?+
Color longevity depends on the printing process, usage conditions and care. To preserve the artwork and colors, avoid prolonged direct sunlight and follow the recommended silk-care instructions.

Depending on the collection, our scarves may combine contemporary image processing with carefully executed finishing techniques. This approach allows the artwork to be reproduced with precision while preserving the refined character of premium silk.

Does my silk scarf come with a gift box?+
Gift-box availability depends on the collection and promotional offer at the time of purchase. For eligible Lumiere Arts Silk Scarves, the Lumiere Arts Gift Box will be automatically included with the order in the applicable quantity. No separate purchase is required.

Yes. Lumiere Arts ships throughout Vietnam. Each order is carefully packaged to protect the silk scarf and gift packaging during transit. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?+
Yes. Lumiere Arts ships internationally to many destinations, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and countries across Asia. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, delivery address and selected shipping method.
How long will my order take to arrive?+
Vietnam: estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Asia: approximately 7–12 business days. USA, Canada, Europe and Australia: approximately 10–15 business days. These are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond the carrier's control.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Lumiere Arts will provide a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status of your order.
Do you offer express delivery?+
Express delivery may be available for selected destinations and orders, depending on the order status and shipping carrier. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can recommend the most suitable option.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?+
