Worldwide Shipping
LUMIERE Arts proudly ships worldwide. We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
For limited edition pieces, original paintings, or made-to-order products, additional processing time may be required. If so, we will notify you by email.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Vietnamese public holidays.
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted international carriers, including:
- DHL Express
- FedEx
- UPS
The shipping carrier will be selected based on the destination and the most suitable delivery service available.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Packaging
Every LUMIERE Arts order is carefully packaged to protect the artwork and silk during international transportation.
Depending on the product, your order may include:
- Signature gift box
- Protective wrapping
- Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable)
- Care card
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
LUMIERE Arts is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
