Return & Refund Conditions

• Silk Scarves: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Original Paintings: Due to the unique nature of original artworks, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged during shipping or has a verified manufacturing or packaging defect.
• Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Products created to a customer's specific request, including custom orders, personalized items, or commissioned artworks, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package if any damage or defect is found. Please include clear photographs of the product and packaging to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
